3⁄4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt

1⁄3 cup no-sugar-added applesauce

1⁄2 cup zero-calorie sweetener

3 egg whites

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1⁄4 cup almond flour

1 tablespoon oat flour

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon baking powder

1⁄4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted

Topping
- In a small bowl, add topping ingredients.
- Mix together, and set aside.
Cake
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix yogurt and applesauce.
- Whisk in sweetener, egg whites, and vanilla extract.
- In a separate medium bowl, stir together Quest Protein Powder®, almond flour, oat flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, and mix well.
- Slowly add coconut oil, stirring to combine.
- Spray an 8-by-8-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
- Pour half the batter into pan.
- Sprinkle half of topping mixture over batter.
- Cover with remaining batter, and sprinkle with remaining topping mixture.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for at least 5 minutes before cutting.
