Banana Parfait Shooters

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Break Quest Bar® into small pieces and place on a nonstick baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 5 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove and let cool.
  4. Add to a mini-blender and pulse until crumbs. Set aside.
  5. In a medium bowl, add Quest Protein Powder™, yogurt, almond milk, and sweetener. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
  6. Add one tablespoon of yogurt mixture into each shooter. Sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of Quest Bar® crumbs. Top with one tablespoon of yogurt mixture.
  7. Slice banana into 9 pieces, top each shooter, and serve.
