PREP: COOK:
- In a blender, add milk, sweetener, and salt. Blend for 1 minute.
- Add Quest Protein Powder™ and blend for 1 minute.
- Pour into an ice cream maker, and follow manufacturer’s instructions.
- Ice cream should be ready within 15 minutes. For a firmer ice cream, place in freezer for 2 hours.
- Divide into two chilled bowls, and serve.
