1 Vanilla Almond Crunch Quest Bar®

1 tablespoon almond milk

2 tablespoons almond flour

2 tablespoons zero-calorie sweetener

1 teaspoon coconut flour

1 teaspoon almond extrac

2 teaspoons low-sugar raspberry jam
Directions
PREP: COOK:
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In a small bowl, microwave unwrapped Quest Bar® and almond milk for 45 seconds.
- Add almond flour, sweetener, coconut flour, and almond extract. Mix together until smooth.
- Place in refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
- Roll chilled dough into four balls, and press thumb in center of each. Fill each cookie thumbprint with a
1⁄
2 teaspoon of jam.
- Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove and let cool.
