Chocolate Coconut Fudge Pops

  1. Break both Quest Bars® into small pieces.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, add Quest Bar® pieces to 12 cup of the almond coconut milk and microwave for 1 minute 20 seconds, or until very soft.
  3. Stir until smooth. Set aside to cool.
  4. In a large blender, add Quest Protein Powder®, Quest® Coconut Oil Powder, the remaining almond coconut milk, sweetener, cocoa powder, and coconut extract. Blend well.
  5. Add melted bar mixture, and blend again until smooth.
  6. Stir in coconut flakes and chocolate chips, and pour mixture into ten fudge pop molds.
  7. Freeze several hours, or overnight.
