Cookie Layers

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. On a microwave-safe plate, unwrap and microwave Chocolate Brownie Quest Bars® for 9 seconds.
  3. Flatten each bar with a rolling pin. They should be slightly smaller than the base of a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan (bar will expand during baking).
  4. Place each bar on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 6 minutes. Remove and let cool.
  5. Unwrap and microwave two of the Cookies & Cream Quest Bars® for 9 seconds.
  6. Flatten each bar with a rolling pin to fit the base of loaf pan (these will not get baked). Set aside.

Frosting

  1. In a medium bowl, mix Quest Protein Powder®, yogurt, sweetener, almond milk, pudding mix, and cocoa powder.

Assembly & Topping

  1. Press first Chocolate Brownie Quest Bar® into base of loaf pan.
  2. Spoon 14 cup of frosting on top and spread evenly.
  3. Place one Cookies & Cream Quest Bar® on frosting.
  4. Spoon 14 cup of frosting on top and spread evenly.
  5. Repeat steps 1-4 for third and fourth layers.
  6. Place last Chocolate Brownie Quest Bar® on top and spread evenly with remaining frosting.
  7. Chop up the remaining Cookies & Cream Quest Bar® into small pieces and sprinkle on top.
  8. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  9. Cover and refrigerate for about 8 hours, or overnight.
  10. Cut into eight squares, and serve.
