Directions
PREP: COOK:
Cookie Layers
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- On a microwave-safe plate, unwrap and microwave Chocolate Brownie Quest Bars® for 9 seconds.
- Flatten each bar with a rolling pin. They should be slightly smaller than the base of a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan (bar will expand during baking).
- Place each bar on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 6 minutes. Remove and let cool.
- Unwrap and microwave two of the Cookies & Cream Quest Bars® for 9 seconds.
- Flatten each bar with a rolling pin to fit the base of loaf pan (these will not get baked). Set aside.
Frosting
- In a medium bowl, mix Quest Protein Powder®, yogurt, sweetener, almond milk, pudding mix, and cocoa powder.
Assembly & Topping
- Press first Chocolate Brownie Quest Bar® into base of loaf pan.
- Spoon
1⁄
4 cup of frosting on top and spread evenly.
- Place one Cookies & Cream Quest Bar® on frosting.
- Spoon
1⁄
4 cup of frosting on top and spread evenly.
- Repeat steps 1-4 for third and fourth layers.
- Place last Chocolate Brownie Quest Bar® on top and spread evenly with remaining frosting.
- Chop up the remaining Cookies & Cream Quest Bar® into small pieces and sprinkle on top.
- Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
- Cover and refrigerate for about 8 hours, or overnight.
- Cut into eight squares, and serve.
