PREP: COOK:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Break Quest Bars® into small pieces and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix Quest Protein Powder®, peanut butter, sweetener, and egg white. Stir until smooth.
- Stir half of the Quest Bar® pieces into batter.
- Spray six muffin cups with cooking spray.
- Spoon batter into each muffin cup and press down.
- Top off each cup evenly with remaining Quest Bar® pieces and press down slightly.
- Bake for 10 to 11 minutes (they should still be soft).
- Let cool before removing.
