In a mixing bowl, stir egg white, almond milk, sweetener, applesauce, peanut butter, vanilla, and coconut oil.
In another bowl, combine Quest Protein Powder®, coconut flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
Break Quest Bar® into small pieces and stir into batter.
Spray a donut pan with cooking spray.
Fill each donut mold halfway full. Place jelly into a piping bag and pipe a thin line of jelly in the center of each donut. Add the rest of the batter to the molds.
Bake for 9 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.
