White Chocolate Raspberry Tart
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Microwave unwrapped Quest Bar® for 10 seconds. Break bar in half.
- Spray two 2
4-inch tart molds with cooking spray. Press each bar half into tart molds.
- In a small bowl, combine Quest Protein Powder®, yogurt, egg white, sweetener, almond flour, almond extract, and vanilla extract. Whisk together until smooth.
- Fill each tart with filling, and place three raspberries in center of each tart.
- Bake for 22 to 25 minutes then let cool.
