Tart Shell

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Microwave unwrapped Quest Bar® for 10 seconds. Break bar in half.
  3. Spray two 2 14-inch tart molds with cooking spray. Press each bar half into tart molds.

Filling

  1. In a small bowl, combine Quest Protein Powder®, yogurt, egg white, sweetener, almond flour, almond extract, and vanilla extract. Whisk together until smooth.
  2. Fill each tart with filling, and place three raspberries in center of each tart.
  3. Bake for 22 to 25 minutes then let cool.
