3⁄4 cup almond flour

1⁄2 cup puréed sweet potatoes

1⁄2 cup zero-calorie sweetener

1⁄4 cup coconut flour

1⁄4 cup unsweetened almond milk

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon baking powder

1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda

1⁄4 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon plus 2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate chips

1 tablespoon plus 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts

PREP: COOK:
Brownie
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix Quest Protein Powder®, egg whites, almond flour, sweet potatoes, sweetener, coconut flour, almond milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Using a hand mixer, mix on low for 1 minute.
- Break Quest Bars® into small pieces.
- Stir in half the Quest Bar® pieces, 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips, and 1 tablespoon of walnuts.
- Lightly coat an 8-by-8-inch pan with cooking spray.
- Pour batter into pan and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle top with the remaining Quest Bar® pieces, chocolate chips, and walnuts.
- Bake for 17 to 20 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let cool slightly.
Drizzle
- Mix all ingredients together, and place in a sealable plastic bag.
- Using scissors, snip corner of bag and drizzle over top of brownie.
- Cut into twelve squares and serve.
