  • 21⁄2 scoops Quest® Chocolate Milkshake Protein Powder
  • 2 Chocolate Brownie Quest Bars®
  • 3 egg whites
  • 3⁄4 cup almond flour
  • 1⁄2 cup puréed sweet potatoes
  • 1⁄2 cup zero-calorie sweetener
  • 1⁄4 cup coconut flour
  • 1⁄4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon plus 2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts

Brownie

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix Quest Protein Powder®, egg whites, almond flour, sweet potatoes, sweetener, coconut flour, almond milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Using a hand mixer, mix on low for 1 minute.
  4. Break Quest Bars® into small pieces.
  5. Stir in half the Quest Bar® pieces, 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips, and 1 tablespoon of walnuts.
  6. Lightly coat an 8-by-8-inch pan with cooking spray.
  7. Pour batter into pan and spread evenly.
  8. Sprinkle top with the remaining Quest Bar® pieces, chocolate chips, and walnuts.
  9. Bake for 17 to 20 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let cool slightly.

Drizzle

  1. Mix all ingredients together, and place in a sealable plastic bag.
  2. Using scissors, snip corner of bag and drizzle over top of brownie.
  3. Cut into twelve squares and serve.
