Caramel Macchiato Ice Cream
- In a blender, add almond milk, coffee, and sweetener. Blend for 1 minute.
- Add Quest Protein Powder™, and blend for an additional minute.
- Pour mixture into an ice cream maker, and follow manufacturer’s instructions. Ice cream should be ready within 15 minutes. (For a firmer ice cream, place in freezer for 2 hours.)
- Divide into two chilled bowls, and serve.
