41⁄2 scoops Quest® Multi-Purpose Mix Protein Powder
31⁄2 cups whole milk
101⁄2 ounces low fat cheddar cheese, shredded
13⁄4 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper

In a small saucepan, add milk and heat over medium for 2 to 3 minutes.
Reduce heat to low and add cheese, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper and crushed red pepper. Cook for 7 minutes, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat and cool for 2 minutes.
Add to a mini-blender and blend for 5 seconds.
Add Quest Protein Powder® and blend until smooth.
