  1. In a small saucepan, add milk and heat over medium for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Reduce heat to low and add cheese, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper and crushed red pepper. Cook for 7 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Remove from heat and cool for 2 minutes.
  4. Add to a mini-blender and blend for 5 seconds.
  5. Add Quest Protein Powder® and blend until smooth.
