1⁄2 scoop Quest® Multi-Purpose Mix Protein Powder

2 ounces smoked salmon

3 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk

2 tablespoons reduced-fat cream cheese

Directions
PREP: COOK:
- Slice smoked salmon into twelve thin pieces and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together Quest Protein Powder®, almond milk, cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, and salt until smooth.
Assembly
- Spread each crostini with 2 teaspoons of cream cheese spread.
- Top with a slice of smoked salmon, and sprinkle with capers.
