Whipped Topping

  • 1⁄3 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons zero-calorie sweetener

PREP:   COOK:

  1. In a blender, combine Quest Protein Powder™, almond milk, ice, sweetener, espresso, syrup and cinnamon. Blend until thick and smooth.
  2. Pour into two glasses.

Topping

  1. 1 In a small mixing bowl, add heavy cream and sweetener. Using a hand mixer, mix until stiff peaks form.
  2. Top evenly between both shakes and serve.
