2 (8-ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
11⁄2 tsp salt
3 cups water
4 ounces snow peas
Nonstick cooking spray
Sauce
1 scoop Quest® Salted Caramel Protein Powder
1⁄3 cup water
1⁄4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1⁄4 cup zero-calorie sweetener
1⁄2 tbsp garlic, minced
1⁄4 tsp ground ginger
1⁄4 tsp ground black pepper

Chicken & Snow Peas
In a small bowl, combine chicken and salt, and set aside.
In a small pot, add water and bring to a boil.
Add snow peas to pot and cook for 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together Quest Protein Powder™, water, soy sauce, sweetener, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
Assembly
Coat a large saucepan with cooking spray, add chicken, and cook over medium-high heat, stirring until golden.
Add snow peas and caramel sauce, and stir.
Bring to a low simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
Divide onto 4 plates, and serve immediately.
