  1. In a small pot, whisk cold water and coffee packet together.
  2. Whisk in Quest Protein Powder® and sweetener.
  3. Heat over medium-low heat. Do not bring to a boil. Simply heat while whisking.
  4. Once heated, pour into a mug.

Foam

  1. In a saucepan, whisk together Quest Protein Powder®, almond milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract.
  2. Heat over medium-low heat.
  3. Pour 34 (about 12 cup) of the just-heated almond milk mixture over coffee.
  4. Froth remaining mixture with a milk frother (or shake vigorously in a mason jar).
  5. Spoon on top of latte, and serve immediately.
