YIELDS:

  • 1 scoop Quest® Salted Caramel Protein Powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 cups ice
  • 2 tablespoons zero-calorie sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon toasted coconut, divided

PREP:   COOK:

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients except chocolate chips and toasted coconut. Blend until thick and creamy (about 20 seconds).
  2. Pulse in chocolate chips and 12 tablespoon of the toasted coconut.
  3. Pour into two glasses and sprinkle remaining toasted coconut on top, and serve.
